magandang gabi po atty.
nais ko lang po sana mgatanong kung paano ang aking ggawin hiwalay na pa kami ng asawa ko since march dis yr.may 3 po kaming anak dahilan po ng pag hihiwalay namin ay may babae po siya,sa ngayun po nandto po ako sa labas ng bansa at nasa ex-husband ko po ang mga bata.gusto ko lang po sana malamn kung kanino po ba dapat mapunta mga anak ko.ang panagany ko po ay 14 yrs.old na,sumunod 12 yrs. at 6yrs.old po ang bunso.
Ang pangalawa ko pong tanong kung sa akin po ba mapunta mga bata pede ko po ba sila ihabilin sa mga magulang ko bilang guardian nila at paano po ang financial support para sa maga anak ko sa ngayun po may trabaho po ang ex husband ko at kumikita ng minimum a day.

kasal nga po pala kami sa civil since 2001.sana po matulungn nio po aq kailang na kailngn ko po advice nio para alam ko po kung anong ang mga steps na gagawin ko.
