pwede po ba huminge ng advice, nagkaroon po kasi ako ng anak sa ibang babae na nakapangalan saken. 4yrs po ako hindi nkpagsupport sa bata... 2yrs din aq sa abroad at hindi ko din nakapagsupport sa bata dhil sa liit ng sahod at may sarili na akong family. now po pagkabalik koh humihinge po ng support ang nanay ng anak ko. pero wala po ako ako ipon at nag-enroll na aq ulit para ipatuloy ang pag-aaral ko. wala naman po akong trabaho at ang asawa ko lang ang gagastos ng pag-aaral ko. nagka-usap kame kame sa social welfare sa harap ng mediator at nagkaroon kame ng kasunduan. na ako ang sasagot ng tuition, uniform at books nung bata. nsa kinder po sya ngayon at magbibigay ng goods every last week of the month dahil yun lang ang makakaya ko. ngayon po gusto nya ienroll ko ung bata sa private school pero wala naman po ako perang pangpaenroll sa private school ang kaya ko lang e public school. sinabi ko po sa kanya na hanggang dun lng kaya ko pero ayaw nya tangapin yung maibibgay ko. at tinatakot ako na kakasuhan nya ako. anong kaso po ba ang pwede nya isampa saken at panu ko po ito maiiwasan... sana po matulungan nyo ako.

you already know it, economic abuse under ra 9262.

give an amount that you can afford and retain proof that you are giving.
