gud afternoon po..ask ko lang po , about sa sl and vl ko..may makukuha po ba akong sl and vl conversion sa backpay ko? nahire po aq ng april 2011.. april 2011-mar2012 project based, tapos po march 2012 naregular po ako .then nagresign po ako ng january 2013 .. nung nareceive ko po ang backpay ko ng May 2013 wala pong sl and vl conversion na kasama.. i ask that sa finance kung bakit walang sl and vl conversion , sv ng finance kc wala pa daw aqong 1year regular, dapat daw po 1 year regular bago maconvert to cash ang sl .. tapos sv din ng finance pwede na daw gamitin ang sl, vl upon regularization pero hnd pa daw po un paid kc wala pa daw aqong 1yr regular.. cnv qo na ginagamit qo sl and vl qo with pay pero hnd naman nagrereflect sa sweldo qo tapos nababwasan pa vl, sl credits qo, sagot nia sakin hnd naman daw updated ang system kea nababawasan .kasalanan ko ba kung bakit hnd updated ang system? db dapat cla my kasalanan non.tama po ba ung ginagawa nila?.. the company is a call center company .depende pa rin po ba un sa policy ng company?

what the law only requires is monetization of service incentive leave of five days per annum. the rest is based on the employer's policy. and please don't use text spelling
