Hi,

Nais ko lamang po itanong kung meron po ba ako magagawa or mailaban man lang ang sitwasyon ko. kasalukuyan po akong Manager intern kakapromote lang 7 months ago, subalit sa kasamaang palad ako po ako'y nagkasakit ng malubha na kinakailangan maospital. Meron akong patunay na kailangan ko ipahinga ang katawan ko kumbaga ON and OFF ako sa pagpasok, Bigla nalang akong idenemote ng bigboss sa kadahilanang lagi daw ako absent. Tama ho ba na idemote ako dahil sa ganung dahilan?binigay ko naman ang lahat para sa trabaho pero ganun nalang ang ginawa nila sakin. Masakit para sakin kasi pinaghirapan ko ng husto makuha ung posisyon ko yun nga lang nagkasakit ako parang nakakadiscriminate naman ata. ANY LEGAL ADVISE?

Sad to say, in my opinion, valid po yun and there is no discrimination.
Management prerogative po yung pag demote sa inyo based on your work attendance as well as performance that could substantially affect your company. The company has a valid reason in doing so because of your sickness.
