hello po pano naman po yung mga employee namin,kasi po nkapagsign n sila ng contract (5 mnths) after a week or a month we observed na mejo pasaway ang tao pede po ba namin cyang ppirmahin ng finished contract kaht hindi matapos yung 5 mnths???

kung valid ang reason yes pwede i terminate.. di ba nakalagay yan sa contract nyo..

but make sure na dumaan sa patas na proseso ang pag terminate...hmmm recruitment is very critical.
