ano po ba ang dapat gawin dito:
pinakiusapan ang pamilya ng kaibigan ko(A) na tirhan ang isang bakanteng bahay ng kanilang kamg-anak (M) sa qc para may tumao at mag-asikaso. sinabi ni A na hindi nila kaya ang rentang 8k buwan buwan, ganun pa man nagpumilit si M at sinabing ayos lang, basta kung kailan meron. sa madaling salita, pumayag na rin si A dahil nangangailangan din sila ng matitirhan noon. sinikap ni A na regular na magbayad subalit dumating sa puntong di nakabayad ng 3 buwan. dahil dito, nagreklamo sa barangay si M at nagdemand ng ejectment. walang nagawa si A kundi umalis na may kasunduan sa barangay ng qc na babayaran ni A ang arrears sa panahong makaluwag ito. nakapagbigay si A ng partial payment subalit hindi ito nabuo dahil talagang wala siyang source of income. halos 3 taon mahigit na ang lumipas noong mangyari iyon. noong isang linggo ay nakita ni M si A sa probinsya nila sa central luzon at muli ay nagdemand si M ng kabayaran. naghain ito ng reklamo sa kanilang barangay sa probinsya tungkol sa hindi nabayarang renta sa bahay sa qc at nagbanta ito na magdedemanda.
tanong:
a. tama ba ang aksyon ni M na sa barangay sa probinsya magreklamo bagamat nasa qc ang bahay na pinaupahan?
b. sa mahigit na 3 taong lumipas, hindi gumawa na anumang aksyon si M maliban sa pamamahiya kay A at nang muli itong makita ay pumunta sa barangay?
c. walang anumang kasunduang papel nang tumira si A sa bahay ni M,
d. si M ang kusang pumunta at nakiusap kay A para tumira sa bahay dahil bakante ang ito at gusto lamang niya na may tumao at mag-asikaso
e. pwede bang mag-counter complain si A laban kay M dahil sa pamamahiya nito sa harap ng mga tao at pagkakalat ng hindi maganda tungkol kay A?

the provincial barangay has no power to compel unless A agrees to participate.

i'm sorry but i don't really buy the story that M asked A to live there. even if he did, A agreed to pay, and their agreement is recorded in the barangay agreement in QC.

M has 10 years to have his agreement enforced.

if M has committed acts of oral defamation, intriguing against honor, or unjust vexation, A has valid cause to file a complaint against him.

what charges can i file to the atty.who notarized the mortgage while he notarized also the deed of absolute sale with the same property this atty. also known that property is already mortgage but he still notarized the deed of sale in favor to his client who also witness the said mortgage because shes a mother in law na pinangsanglaan na parents ko.naki usap lang ang parents ko na mag karoon sila ng renewal of contract regarding sa sanglaan dahil nanggigipit sila pumayag naman sila then pinapirma sila sa blank paper at ang sabi sila na lang daw magpapagawa para daw di maghinala and parents ko ibinalik sa kanila ang titulo kaya naman napanatag ang parents ko after a week nagingn deed of sale na ung pirma nila pareho ng pirma nila pero mali ang surname ng father ko at expired pa ng tatlong taon ang ginamit na cedula ulti mo ung surname ng atty.na nag notaryo mali,wala pirma ang vendee at ang mother ko lumabas na witness lang sa bintahan kuno.may mga witness pa sila na never pa nakikita ng mga parents ko dahil nga ng mag pa notarized ay di naman sila kasama at napag alaman po namin na napilitan lang daw pumirma ang mga witness dahil may utang din sila dito pero di rin nila alam na deed of sale din ang pinapirma sa kanila sa ngayon may pinatira na sila sa lupa namin at nais po naming paalisin ano rin po ba ang dapat naming gawin nawala po ang mama ko dahil sa problemang ito at siyam kaming magkakapatid sana po ay matulungan ninyo kami maraming salamat po!

not sure if going after the lawyer would be my case of remedy but you can file a disciplinary case at the iBP
