Gusto ko lang po magtanong kung legal po bang ang pag-gamit ng electronic timekeeping or timecapture bilang basehan ng pag-pasok at pag-alis sa opisina?  

Sa company po namin ay ginagawa na nilang proximity card ang ID namin at ginagamit sa door access or kailangan i-tap namin yung card sa detector na aparatos para magbukas ang pintuan ng opisina.  

At kung gusto namin makita yung oras ng pagpasok namin ay kailangan namin mag-access ng web at kung may reklamo o kaya hindi tamang pag-log ng pag-pasok nageemail po kami sa HR. Tama po ba yung proseso?  Legal po ba ito?

Mayroon po bang batas na naayon sa pagkuha ng timekeeping?  Ang DOLE po ba ay nagsasagawa ng spot check?

Legal ang electronic timekeeping at tama si Patok na basta tama ang oras ay hindi ito pinagbabawalan. Nasa karapatan din ng employer ito na umasa ng maayos at sa tamang oras na trabaho dahil binabsyaran ang empleyado. Maaari po kayo magpa inspection sa DOLE pero kailangan may reklamo kayo doon tulad ng kakulangan sa sahod, hindi maayos na lugar ng pagtrabaho, o kung ano mang paglabag sa batas. Pero hindi pwedeng anonymous na reklamo.

the dole and nlrc use electronic time keeping with fingerprint scanners for their own employees
