My agent lists the following:
- Membership Fee
- Advanced Association Dues
- Advanced Meralco Billing Deposit
- Water Meter Deposit
- Telephone, Cable TV, Internet Connection & Service Fees
- Title Transfer Expenses (Doc Stamps, Transfer Tax, Registry & Processing Fees)
Is the list standard?
Should I pay for advanced association dues even when the developer can only let buyers occupy after 6 months?
