I am new in my job....ask ko lang po kung talagang hindi po entitled s leaves ang mga probys....even emergency or sick leave...ksi nagtanung po ako s hr namin sabi nya kapag naging regular na daw po ako tska ako magkaroon ng leaves...In my case po ksi after 3 years pa maregular...tama po ba un?

Yes. Tama yun, after 1 year of employment saka lang maentitled sa leave. Pero may mga company na mababait at nagbibigay na ng leave after 6 months..

Pero parang may mali lang sa probationary period mo, 6 months lang dapat di ba, after 6 months of service dapat regular ka na.. In your case, after 1 year you must have your leave na.

I am a teacher po kasi in a private school owned by a family so para n rin pong company ung workplace ko since they owned pa po different businesses.
