1 Initial Loan Payment Failed on Sun Jun 16, 2013 5:34 am

Arresto Menor

May loan po ako from a lending company.

Nag sent naman po ako nang email sa kanila. ininform ko po sila agad about po dun sa yung willingness ko to settle my loan to them at if they could advise me what is the best thing to do.

Although I and they have documents to prove na active po yung account ko during the time na pinirmahan at inissue ko yung checks sa kanila.

Please sir advise nyo naman po ako.
Sobrang nag wo worry po tlga ako..
I haven't receive anything yet from them simula nung nag email ako..

Can you go to them instead of waiting for them to contact you?

Problem po kasi is may hawak silang checks from you. The priority right now is to get those checks, and to replace them, such as:

1) You mentioned that you have the intention to pay. Can you issue another set of checks from another checking account that is still active?

2) Can you pay the entire amount now?

3) Can you make cash deposits (if they allow it)?

Point is, do everything to get your checks back and replace it with something else they find acceptable. If they deposit the checks, you may find yourself defending against a bp22 case.

Hope this helps.
