i have a couple of questions and i need your help Question

1. if the father of the child (we are not married) signs the birth certificate (the one issued by the hospital i guess) and uses his last name, how would that affect the process of my petition (i was petitioned single w/o any child by mom 5 years ago) for our child? would that impose any complications or issues? mas mttglan ba?

2. when it comes to custody, will i have hard time if the father files a case for the custodial rights?

3. if he acknowledged our child, what would be his legal obligations then?

thank you Smile

Regarding the petition issue, better ask the embassy/immigration office of the country you will go.

And about the child, since the child is illegitimate the mother will have full parental authority. The father will have his right to visit and an obligation to support the kid.
