Hi good day!
Tatanung ko lng po kc ung company n pinagtratrabahuhan ko for almost 5yrs ay may bagong patakaran na pag bagsak k in a week my written warning agad tpos final tpos termination. For so long ngaun lng nila naiisip ma implement un. Is it legal n bigla nlng sila mgbigay ng gnung rule s mga employee? Pde b kme tumangi pumirma s mga corrective form n ibibigay nila at mga due process forms? Thnk you!

Good day!

I just want to seek an advice since I have a problem with previous employer. I joined as an IT Implementer at Coca-Cola but under the agency of Mirof Agency. I started my work there last May 15, 2012 and end Feb. 28, 2013 due to the fact that the company will no more renew our contract. My problem now was our contribution is not updated since Oct. 2012-Feb. 2013 wherein ng.end kme ng contract. We always follow up to them the status and they reply us that still they are processing our contributions. My questions is gaano po ba katagal ung mgprocess cla ng payment ng contribution namin ng Oct. 2012-Feb.2013. Aside from this, its been mg 4 months na pro hindi prin cla ngbayad sa amin ng separation at ngbigay ng COE. Ano po ung dapat naming gawin pra dito na case???

Sales department po kc kme.. Bagsak s statistics. Pg bagsak k s first week written warning agad pag bagsak k s 2nd week final warning na tpos 3rd week bagsak kpa din for termination n agad so pde k makatanggal agad in less than a month. Madami po department at campaigns s sales pro s campaign lng nmin applicable. Ok lng po b un? S ibang department khit mas mababa statistics nila since wla sila gnun rule hndi sila mttanggal? S campaign lng namin ? Pde po b un? Tska may bago silang account naghahanap sila ng tao pra mg volunteer dun ang dating smen tinatakot nila kame pra mag volunteer dun s bago n wala p kameng kasiguraduhan kung mgtatagal ung bago pag nagsara hndi p cgurado kng mkakabalik kme s dati kung my trabaho p kame. Tska pra sken mlalayuan ako shaw blvd kme ngaun tpos lilipat ng Libis dagdag pamasahe at malayo sken tga mandaluyong lng din ako kc.slmat po

performance based naman.. nothing wrong with that.. pag bagsak ka eh di kasalanan mo yun.. at least they are giving you 3 tries.. and for termination.. kailangan may due process din yan.. may notice to explain, hearing, tsaka pa lang final notice..

And now naman every week magpapalit palit ng schedule mga ahente pero s ibang campaign hindi naman. Nakaka demotivate lang lagi kaya lalo kame hindi maka taas ng statistics. Kc nga demotivated n kame. Puro pananakot na magtatanggalan ng tao. My laban b kame kung mg file kme ng kaso? Kung papirmahin kame ng final warning o termination papers pde ko b pirmahan pero s tabi nun lagyan ko under protest. Kc against my will naman.
