Hindi po ba sya medyo mabigat especially the word "dishonesty" and the explanation of their HR Manager is that, it fall under dishonesty since yung pagbabrowse nya sa social media is for using yung time ng company sa personal nya. He requested a copy ng company policy but they said na hindi sila nagrerelease ng copy, he can read but cannot present or take it home.
