Good afternoon!!!! Ongoing na po yung RA 9262 case ko against my husband. Abandonment and insufficient support po yung case. Nung tinuloy ko po yung case against him, he totally withdrew his financial support to us. As of now po wala kami nrreceive sa knya kahit single cent. College at elementary na po mga anak nmin and both studying in private school. Lagi po sila nagoout of town. Madalas po kasi sya lumalabas ng bansa to attend convention courtesy of his employer. He is employed in a multinational company and earning enough to support two families.  He abandoned us nga pala dahil  me bago na syang family. I want the best and bright future for my kids.

Thank you and God Bless po....

inquire with the prosecutor assigned to the case how to file a motion for provisional support.

Sir, meron po ba kayo ng draft of the said motion????

jaemicka, i have no doubt that you are going through a rough time, but it seems to me that prosecutors are doing a good job within the limitations that they face. find another way to ride it out.
