Arresto Menor
I filed a case against him resulting from that fight at Naghiwalay kami ng higit isang taon..

What you will do is to file a motion to withdraw based the reason you stated. It is up to the judge kung igragrant nia ito o hindi. Nagtratrabaho na ung fiscal saka ung judge tapos babawiin mo mukhang hindi maganda ung paurong-sulong.

Most probably the case is in the ARCHIVES.

Have the case REVIVED through a lawyer.

You have to talk to the public rosecutor to explain why you were not absent. Just be honest.

About the warrant, you have to research about the judge if the judge will allow the case be revived and that you husband will not be arrested as you explain that you will not pursue the case.

To be sure just have your husband pay the bail.

When the case is already revived, subpoenas will again be sent and you can do two thngs.
One receive the subpoena and be absent
Two go to court and exlain that you have reconciled with your husband.

Btw your husband must be present and must have posted bail otherwise he will be arrested and sent to jail.

You have the right not to pursue the case but you have to nform the court as well.
