Hi, just want to ask some advise and action to be done against my previous employer. I was a call center agent before, the account was dissolved last January 31 2013, my supervisor told me that I will be on bench or no work no pay for 15 days. I informed HR, my supervisor and Manager that I will go back to my province for a vacation since it is no work no pay and they agreed.My supervisor told us that HR will talk to us regarding our concerns for transferring to different account however the account was already dissolved but we haven't heard anything from HR. I went back to Manila after 15 days and reported to HR if I was endorsed to different account but she said not yet since I was on a floating status and I have not yet signed the papers for bench status. HR stated to go back the next day to sign the papers and someone will call me for interview for different accounts. After 15 days I went back she told me she texted me that I have an interview but I never received any text, my phone is open 24/7. I decided to separate with the company after 1 month from the time I signed the bench papers since I did not receive any salary anymore. HR stated that I will get my papers and last pay end of May but I followed up 3rd week of May, HR assistant informed me that my papers was endorse to the main HR based in taguig on April 24 which is month after I resigned 0, she informed me that I can get everything by end of June. I made follow ups every other day.Finance stated that my papers are still not with ttem and once they got my papers it will be process 2-3 weeks meaning I cant get it by end of j5une. I will be filing a complaint tomorrow about this, do you this this is enough to file a complaint to National Labor Relations Commission? Am I entitled to ask for Danyos?
