Hi all,
My grandmother wishes to transfer the ancestral house (and lot) to her three children and grandchild. It is the intention of all not to subdivide the property and just co-own it until eternity, passing it generation to generation.
1. Is it possible to execute a deed of donation with multiple donees named in it (three children plus one grandchild)?
2. Are there special things to consider (eg. special clauses to add) with this type of document and arrangement?
Thank you in advance.
