Arresto Menor

I dont know exactly know where to begin.. but to cut it short, I was included in a graft and corruption case in the ombudsman which was elevated to sandigan, early this year, the ombudsman withdraw the case being prematurely filed which effected to the dismissal without prejudice of the case. I was aware that it can be re-filed though. i received again a hold departure order from sandigan, but have no info on what's was the basis, I never received any notice or resolution from ombudsman that it was re-filed or what, should we be not informed before it was re-filed again.. as I was informed by my former lawyer, should it be re-filed, it will start from ombudsman again.. due to financial problems I cannot seek yet his advice.. please enlighten me..

please note it is unethical for lawyers to comment on a case when you are represented by another counsel.

i recommend you stop speculating and verify with the sandiganbayan what happened. under normal circumstances, an HDO is not issued without an information being filed in court. send a representative to inquire using the HDO as reference to see the records in case an arrest warrant has been issued. good luck.
