Kindly give some of your views regarding
the above topic.

Is this the standard solution to landlord tenant
disputes even when the tenants are unlawful tenants such as usurpers who use intimidation
such as loose firearms to continue intruding
into &  occupying your property?

If this is the standard solution, I think
it will not be long before the middle class in
the Philippines is greatly thinned or even
practically wiped out especially when
the rightful owner  does not get just compensation or fair market value
for his land.

While your property is occupied by
illegal tenants because your case
does not get decided on expeditiously,
would it be fair to continue paying taxes
when you're not getting anything out of
your land?
