Arresto Menor
hello,

i am a mum of 2 boys, I am wondering if I have a right to demand support for my kids as they are both illegitimate. I met my ex, when i was working for an airline company. He told me he was married but they are separated as she was a flight crew but migrated to Canada with their kids. I had sincerely thought he was genuine. when i got pregnant, my dad asked me to stay at our family home so my mum can look after me as I had a difficult pregnancy. He stayed with me and he goes out on meetings and boys night out and so i thought... i found out he was still married and he was having affairs as well and had children with other women aside from me.

I went abroad as well as he gave me too many financial problems, and bcos i have to support my children and bcos my youngest was very sickly all the money I earned went to paying his debts and hospital bills.

I asked him loads of times for financial assistance,he kept saying He will but he just kept me waiting for nothing. I am having financial difficulties at the moment as my contract has finished, I want to go back abroad but I couldn't.

Is there a way for me to demand support? as my children also go to school now and im the only one supporting them.

Can I sue him as well? for psychological abused? what other case can I file against him as he his boasting that no one can touch him as he has closed contact with DOJ?

please help me.
