Hi I am Cecil a call center agent. We rcvd a NTE from our Operations Mananger saying that based on the assesment training, we did not pass the communication skills training. which did not happen ( NO COmmunication SKills Training Happen).

Prior to this, we were forced to pulled out from taking in calls a week ago to have an enchancement training w/c we dont have any idea as to what is this for. They informed us that after the training we will be back to take in calls again. And the we had a non graded pre assesment for them to know as to where to start with the trainng its about saying something about your favorite topic and while having the assesment we are all in state of shock and confusion about the sudden action they've done.

And then after that week, our Operations Manager talked to us again and informe dus that we cannot go back to the operations( taking in calls) again w/out giving us a valid reason as to why. Instead we will be reprofiled to a back office position but we need to pass the training assesment first. We were it was Communication Skills Traning but it turns out that it was a typing practice only for a week. And before that one week ends, our Operations Manger asked us to sign a waiver that if we did not pass the training we will be terminated w/out valid expalination as to why. After that week we had our assesment for the back office position and we also had an interview w/ the 3 OM's of different deparment w/c we are not aware because we are informed that there wiil be no interview that will happen. We are also informed that after we pass the training we are going to start with our new position.

But until now we are on a floating status. And we dont have the result if we pass the assessment w/c we believed we did passed.Instead we are asked to sign an NTE, and we need to expalin why we should be dissmissed from the company.


PLEASE HELP US ASAP.!!

i don't recommend you file a complaint yet. file a written explanation. after they terminate you, only then file a complaint for illegal dismissal

Last friday po naipasa n nmin yung reply nmin s NTE n nrcvd nmin and We are still in a floating status. And we are in this situation for almost a month, we are doing nothing just listening to the calls and this not what we applied for, we applied for a CSR position.


Yung gnagawa po b nila samin na floating status po kmi ay tama? anu po b pwede nmin gawin?

meron po b kayong time frame n iaadvice kung hanggang kailan kmi mghihintay at kung ano pong hakbang ang pwede nmin gwin? Ano po bang kso ang pwede nmin isampa s knila?


Kc ngwo-worry n po kmi kung ano n ang binabalak nla samin.

After po b nun kung sakaling m-terminate kmi can we still file a case against them??

Sir ktatpos lng po ng HEARING nmin with the HR, ngexpalin lng po kmi dun. At ngayon hindi n po kmi pnapasok kc wla p dw po resulta kung ano mangyayri samin at d po nla nabi kung bayd kmi khit d kmi pumasok at kung sasahod po kmi s 15.
