Is there anyone here that know the exact place here you go to file a complaint against the developer for holding the title of my house and lot for a year now. when the house is fully paid. the house is in cavite. as well why am i being told that i'm not allowed to get the title to my house.

thank you very much i went to the NHA they only deal with government.
