Arresto Menor
One year na po akong nagtatarabho sa isang company pero up to now contractual/under agency pa din ang aking status. Kinausap ko ang management kung pwede na ba akong maging regular employee pero sabi nila hindi pa daw pwede kasi may freeze hiring order ang admin. Although before I accepted this job I am aware of this scenario. But basing on Art. 280 Labor Code may karapatan ba akong mag habol for regular employment? Pwede din paki explain ano ibig sabihin ng Labor Only Contracting.

what is the nature of the work of the company where you are assigned? is the agency licensed by dole?

Yes this company is licensed by dole. It is one of the tv networks in the country.

hi po,

this was same on mine. almost 2yrs na po ako s company,pero under agency prn po ako. hnd prn po regular. No company benefits recieving upto now. tuloy2 lng po ang pag work namin..wala idea kng kailan mareregular.. this is big network company po.
