Hi everyone.

badly needed your advice regarding this situation para makapagdecide kung ano yung mas proper/legal na gawin.

may friend po ako na nabuntis with his boyfriend (jay) and they planned to go for marriage. but one thing na pinoproblema pa ngayon ng both sides (ng friend at ni jay) is may kinasama before si jay na ibang babae at nagkaanak sila, but they're not married. hindi rin nagtagal yung pagsasama nila nung unang babae at naghiwalay din. naiwan sa ina at sinusustentuhan nalang ni jay ngayon yung anak nya sa unang babae. yung paghihiwalay lang nila ay base sa usapan lang. (verbal conversation)

Thanks

his child will always be entitled to support, that's the limit of his legal obligation. none to the mother.
