Arresto Menor
Ang cashier (school) ginamit niya ang perang (more or less 75K) collection niya without the approval of the school administrator. Upon knowing with the administrator dinaan muna ni Mrs. Admin ang reklamo sa barangay for a settlement, then the cashier did not show up for 3 consecutive summons from the barangay chairman.
Paano namin ma habol ang perang nakuha niya? Please help us.

our province doesn't have prosecutor's office. could we file this thru the municipal mayor?

A municipal mayor is not a personin aiuthority to receive and prosecute the case. It is vested with the prosecutor. If a prosecutor is not available in the province the case maybe filed with the regional prosecutor....
