my wife was employed since july 2011 then nag resign na sya nung july 2012. nalaman po namin na 3 months pregnant sya ng oct 2012. then nag normal delivery po sya nung may 09, 2013. isa po sa requirements ng maternity reimbursement ng sss ay coe at L501 (specimen signature). nag request po kami ng coe at L501 sa company and then they refuse my request sa L501. nag bibigay lang daw po sila ng L501 kapag employed pa sa kanila yung employee at kapag sila ang nagpasa ng MAT1 ng employee. tama po ba na ganun ang idahilan nila sa akin? tsaka ano pa po purpose ng ibibigay nila na coe kung wala naman yung L501? nonsense din po yun at hindi tatangapin ng sss. ano po pwede kong gawin at sabihin sa kanila na legal para makakuha ng L501?
