hi,

im a supervisor before in known call center in shaw, our account closed in that site and they decided to put up the same campaign in a new center in other company.
our client offered me a higher compensation and i decided to resign in my company because i dont want to be transfered in day shift account.

they accepted my resignation after a week i received a letter for non compete clause case. May laban ba ako?

moderator
a lot depends on what is written on the clause, but if you didn't agree to it before entering the company, then it is not effective.
