pwede po ba akong makasuhan kung may g.f ako kahit church wedding lng naganap na marriage between me and someone na ndi ko kinakasama ngayon.??

yes.

infact if you are married sa church you need to get both the legal and the church annulment as well (there is a tribunal that handles this cases... separate ito from the legal annulment na you need to go though sa korte) othewise you can't re-marry sa church.

real situation is may una syang asawa at legal ang kasal nla then naghiwalay sila 3 years na but no annulment.kaya church wedding lang ang kasal namin kaya ang alam ng mga tao we are legaly married.

how were you able to acquire the license? your marriage is null and void tas u both can be charged of bigamy.
