I would like to consult if there is a probable legal violation(Labor code or civil law) if a company posts a vacancy with example Controls Engineer to attract experienced applicants, and after being interviewed be offered with different job title like Technical Support ? The difference in which is that the controls Engineer is mainly for development projects for automations while the Technical Support is a job wherein calls and emails are answered from customers from their tecnical inquiries regarding our products. In short the latter is a "call center" job.In which it is not described in the offer that the job is actually what I have said.
