I just want to ask, there is a case in our office wherein a certain employee had edited some documents like id and payslip but never used it. Is it a ground for falsification already? Is it possible to file falsification case against the employee? Please help!!! Thanks.

Hello po! My friend has similar case with Julie Anne and chess28. In my friend's case, she was 18 years old that time when her relative (under age) used her name and documents to secure a passport to travel abroad.
Now, my friend is hesitant to get a passport for her own because there is already a record in DFA using her name but a different person (her relative). Now, this relative of her is now in the Philippines.
Can you give me some advice how my friend can secure her own passport using the same document (her birth certificate for example) that was used by her relative before?
What are the possible consequences? My friend is no longer interested to file case against her relative. My friend only desire to clear her record in DFA and to get her own passport.

millenium, there is no legal remedy for such a situation. she was a party to the falsification. this is the consequence.

hello po, may problema po ako sa passport ko na ipinagawa po ng kapatid ko na ngayon ay patay na po. ang problema po ay iyong year of birth ko ay hindi tugma sa NSO certificate ko. nagamit ko na po ang passport ko. Ngayon po gusto ko na po ipabago at ipasunod sa aking NSO birth certificate. ano po ba ang mga kailangan at dapat kong gawin para maipabago ito?

write a letter to dfa pointing out the mistake and submit a copy of your birth certificate.

makakasuhan po ba ako dahil lang sa nagamit ko na ang passport pero mali ang year of birth ko? at saka po iyong letter, kailangan po ba ng appearance ko pag binigay?

Attorney tanong ko lang pu yung pung tita ng partner ko yung passport nya nung umalis sya dinagdagan ng agency ng 5 years ang edad ang taga agency eh kamag anak din nya at dahil nga pu nung binigay sa kanya ang passport nya ng agency nasa airport na pu sya kaya tumuloy na rin syang pumunta sa Japan. Tapos nung umuwi pu sya nagpagawa sya ng affidavit at nai ayos naman pu sa tamang edad ang passport nya. ngayun pu di alam ng kamag anak nya na naayus na nya ang passport nya at dahil pu ang pagkaka alam nila hindi pa tama ang passport nya kasi pu nasa kanila yung dati nyang passport. hindi alam ng agency na napa ayus na nya sa tama at legal ang passport nya. Ngayun naman pu eh bina blackmail sya ng kamag anak nya na falsification daw ang ginawa nya. totoo po bang meron silang maikakaso sa kanya? nasa abroad pu ulit ngayun ang tita ng partner ko pero tinatakot nila kaya kahit gusto umuwi di maka uwi kasi nga pu mag iimbento raw sila ng kaso para lang ma block sya sa airport. anu pu ang dapat nyang gawin? salamat pu!

they can make threats and even file a complaint, but it doesn't sound like it will prosper. seems like an empty threat to me

hello po, may problema po ako sa passport ko na ipinagawa ko po nong unang umalis ako papuntang taiwan. ang problema po ay iyong year of birth ko po ay dinagdagan po noon ng agency ko ng 2 taon na hindi na tugma sa NSO certificate ko. nagamit ko na po ang passport ko. At nong umuwi po ako ay kumuha po ako ulit ng panibagong passport para sa tamang birth year ko po kasi nag apply po ulit ako papuntang taiwan at nakakuha nman po ako ng Visa ngunit nong nakarating na po ako sa taiwan ay di na po ako nabigyan ng alien residence certificate kasi po ay nalaman nila na ang aking records noong una akong pumunta ay 1970 ang birth year ko. Ngayon po ay hinihingan nila ako ng affidavit para mabigyan daw nila ako ng ARC. ano po ba ang mga kailangan,at saan/kanino po ako lalapit at dapat kong gawin para maipabago ito? sa ngayon pansamantala pinauwi muna ako ng agency ko po para iayos nga po eto. sana po matulungan nyo po ako upang makabalik po agad ako sa trabaho ko. gud eve po.hihingi po sana ko ng advice about s passport ko n na i release ng ibng tao s dfa muka nya ginamit pero information ko nakalagay..tapos ng ako napo ang kumuha cnv nila n nakakuha nako 2 months plng naka2raan.ipinasa nila ko s nbi.naayos nman po ng nbi.hanggang s kumuha n po ako ng new passport at hiningi nila ung certificate ko s nbi na naipakita ko naman.nakaalis na po ako at nkapgtrabaho s dubai.pero ng umuwi po ako at ng renew ng passport cnv ng dfa pampanga n my record ako at hindi pa nabubura kailangan ko raw ng certificate s dfa manila.ilang beses napo ako lumuluwas ng manila para ayusin.lagi cnsabi skin na bumalik.tapos follow up tumwag daw po ako after 1 week lgi po ako ng pa follow up.ang ibinigay po s akin n # number ng old dfa.pg 2mwag ako sasavhin hindi dito dun ka 2mwag s new dfa near moa.nakancel na rin po ung inaplayan ko na trabaho s korea dhil wala p rin ako maibgay n passport.sana po matulungan nyo ko salamat po. olive dayao
