My father has a mistress.. my mom doesnt know about it yet.. they've been seeing each other... im not sure if they're still in the same company.. my father is 63 y/o and i think the girl is in her 30s.. i saw the girls profile on facebook.. and im not sure if she has a kid, the caption was "babang ko" hindi ko alam kung ang ibig bang sabihin nun ay baby ko? Anywa a while ago i was able to browse my dads phone, i've been checking on it for some time already but all the messages were deleted... pero kanina swerte ako na may conversation silang hindi nabura. It says there na nagpupunta sila sa province namin.. my dad says i love you so much... bukod dun may mga sweet messages pa kong nabasa dati... lagi silang nagtatawagan... kahit sa harap namin... hindi alam ng tatay ko na nakikita ko yung image njng tinatawagan niya... kahit magkatabi kami sa bus dati nagtatanungan sila kung asan na sila... kasi mukhang magkikita... anung pwede kong magawa? I want it to stop.. malamang kasi pineperahan lang nung babae tatay ko... lagi pa nagdadala ng sasakyan tatay ko tapos kanina may naiwang pink na tumbler malamang dun yun sa babae. Swerte naman niya kubg hatid sundo siya. Enough na ba na pjnicturan ko ying conversation nila? i want to sue her. But not my dad. Pls help me

It will be very hard since it all boils down to your father since they're in it together. She can't be accused of just a simple invading of a family home kasi he's in it too. Since this is a marital dispute, the offended spouse should be the one to sue. You can't sue the mistress without your father part of such.

So what can i do? Wala ba kong pwedeng ikaso?

Pag tinakot mo yung babae of suing her, takutin mo na din yung tatay mo.

Hi.

Salamat.

heyzz, if you can prove your allegations and the damages are not more than 100k, consider a small claims case. no lawyer needed. rules on sc.judiciary.gov.ph
