what is the difference of monthly paid and daily paid? which is better for the company? or is it our discretion?

is it okay to set officers as monthly paid employees then rank and file as daily paid employees?

Monthly paid means you have a fix salary per month. Daily paid means no work/ no pay. If your employees are regular employees, they should be monthly paid. You may opt to have your employees daily paid while they are on their probationary status and have them paid monthly upon regularization.

If you have contractual employees, you may opt to have a daily paid employees Smile

Monthly= fixed salary per month regardless if  declared holiday or suspended, unless with leave credits walang bawas ang absences (salary per day not necessarily equal to the mandated daily wage)

Daily wages = salary should not lower than the mandated daily wage, no work,  no pay scheme
