dear all,

good day. i'm new to this. i would really like to leave my present work, immediately. i looked for the definition of "just cause" though so that i won't go through the 30-day notice thing. can you lead me to other material elaborating what "just cause" is? for example, what is "serious insult"? and what are "other causes analogous"? (Art. 285).

or is there even no other way aside from this "just cause" route? can't i just leave? my boss sucks. i have no confidence in her anymore. and i don't like her personality. many don't. i just put up with her for long because i needed the money. but i want to do this (leaving) the legal way.

please, i need help.
