Arresto Menor
Consult lang po due to personal reason i immediately resigned in a comany without 30 day notice. They aknowledge receipt o my resignation. Now they are asking e to render 30 dys pa for tunrove or else AWOL daw or abandonment. Can they force me to report? tks

an employee has a right to resign but should render 30 days notice. failure to do so allows the employer to seek damages against the employee.

it's up to you whether you want to report back, but note the risks.
