Gud pm.po.tanong ko lang po kung may posibilidad po ba kming kasuhan ng uang asawa ng asawa ko ngaun.kinasal po sya sa kristiyano sa una niyang asawa.tas nagpa convert po xa sa muslim 3yrs ago.kinasal po kmi sa muslim at legal nman po lahat ang papers nmin.slamat po

I have all our legal papers for our marriage.Musliw law is different from christian law right? And in islamic law a man allowed to married 4 wives.Is it possible that her first wife file a bigamy case against us though we are legally married in islam? Thanks

as long as it can be proven that the man converted to islam in good faith and not just to avoid bigamy, that can be a valid defense
