Goodeve atty. ask ko lang po what legal steps i can do. ang asawa ko po e may karelasyon sa opisina nila. kaso dinedeny po nila. hanggang sa isang araw nakita ko asawa ko na buhat buhat ang bag ng karelasyon nya pero dineny pa rin nya. tapos isang araw sinabihan ako ng asawa ko na mas makakabuti if maghiwalay nalang kami dahil wala na sya nararamdaman para saken. wala po akong nagawa kya umuwi po kmi ng anak ko sa probinsya namin. tapos kahapon po nalaman ko na inuwi po ng asawa ko ung babae sa apartment na tinitirhan namin. at sabi po ng isang katrabaho nila na nalilita silang naghoholding hands at magkikiss sa building nla. pwede ko po ba sila kasuhan ng concubinage or adultery or bigamy kahit di ako ang nakakita? tsaka may pwede po ba akong gawin sa opisina nila para paghiwalayin sila? wala pa po kaming maayos na usapan tungkol sa child support. ano po ba ang tama at legal na paraan? di ko po afford legal separation e. thankyou po

you will need witnesses, better if you also, to show that they are living together. you can send a demand letter for support; after which you can file complaint for ra 9262 against them both
