Nais ko lng tulungan ang co-worker ko.
sya po ay 8 months nang nag wowork ang tanging pinirmahan nya lng ay ang 30 days training nila until now wala pa syang pinipirmahang contrata pero sya ay kasama sa mga empleyadong ma force leave after 30 days..anu ang dapat nyang gawin..may pananagutan ba ang employer sa kanya?.maari ba nyang kasuhan ang employer nya

anong ikakaso? hindi naman sya ni terminate?? naka leave lang.. automatic regular employee na sya after 6 months..
