Ask ko lang kc we started on our company as minimum wage earner (php456) from February to July then from August onwards our per day rate is php560.90 but this is not reflected on our contract. Tanong ko lang, dapat bang pro rated parin ang aming 13th month kahit na hindi reflected sa kontrata namin na ang per day namin is php560.90 na? Mejo magulo din kase ang office policy namin e.
Also, is it legal na hindi kami bayaran for every holiday dahil sa bagong policy ng bank na "NO CALL OUTS, NO PAY"? We work as a CSR for a bank and kapag holiday daw hindi kami entitled for any holiday pay dahil kung wala daw kaming maipakita or maparinig sa twag namin for the day e hindi daw kami babayaran?
