hello, i would to ask what would be
the treatment of a illigetimate child for
this case,
1. The mother of the child is single
mom.
2. The mother married a man not the
father of the child.
3. The child was only 2 yrs. old
during the time of marriage of the
mother
paano po magiging treatment ng bata
sa ganitong sitwasyon. is the husband
already have parental capacity to the
child?
