what labor law can i use if the company i work for only pays for 10 working days even if the time frame for that cut off covers 12 working days? is it even legal for the company not to pay us for the number of days we work?
e.i. i work for 12days but they only pay me for 10days
(salary per month = 22,000, paid per cut off = 11,000/10 working days)
the company told me that we are not being payed by the number of days work which is not even stated in the contract i signed with them.
i really need help on this matter.
