hi po ask ko lang po if legal o valid po yung ksal namin. kasi po nag pa fix lang po kami ng kasal sa manila city hall. we pay 3500 po para sila na ang nag aayos ng marriage licence.
pero po umpisa pa lang sinabi na namin na dapat ang date ng kasal is before May 14 dahil pupunta na ang asawa ko sa abrod.
kinasal nila kami ng May 10, 2013 sa manila city hall.

pero nung binalikan ko na para sa copy ng marriage cert. sa civil regisrty sa city hall ang nakalagay na May 14 eh nasa japan na sya nun.

binago nila ang date dahil daw hindi pa na release ang licence
dapat daw ksi may licence bago i date ang kasal..

pero bakit po nila kami ikinasal ng May 10 hindi pa pala nila hawak ang licence.

may magiging problema po ba dun sa date ng kasal pag nag kataon ?
if halimbawa umapela ang nanay nya. hindi po kasi boto sa akin ang nanay nya.

pls help po. mag magiging problema po ba ang kasal pag may umapela sa date?

ksi wala na sya sa pinas nung sa date na nakalagay sa certificate..

moderator
your marriage is void.

but until a court declares it to be void, it is presumed to be valid. in addition, only you or he can file a petition to have it declared void. the mother cannot do it on her own

void po ba talaga yun kahit may mga pirma naman namin.

ska po ask ko lang po legal ba ginagawa ng city hall na mag alok sila na sila mag aasikaso ng lahat?
tapos mag babayad na lang kami? kung gusto namin mapabilis ang kasalan. at wala na kming seminar na aatenan.

Hi poh.,ask ko lang poh if valid ba ang marriage namin. we got married poh 5 yrs ago. and kakilala lng poh ung nag asikaso ng marriage contract namin. pero nung nagpa.nso poh ako last year negative poh ung lumabas.. pero nung vinerify ko sa municipal registrar kung san kmi kinasal, nka record poh naman dun.. pls help me poh tnx,,

write a letter to the registrar to forward the marriage contract to the nso
