Hi!

gusto ko po sana mag tanong. hiwalay na kami ng asawa ko for 8years. hindi na namin nakita ung isa't isa at nakausap simula nuon. hindi ko alam kung nasaan sya at kung ano na ang buhay nya. gusto ko po sanang ayusin na un buhay namin pareho at tuluyan ng maghiwalay sa tamang paraan. pero hindi ko po alam kung anong gagawin ko dahil hindi ko na po saya mahagilap. nag try ako tanong tanong pero wala ng may alam kung nasaan sya. wala narin sya sa dati nyang work. walang makapagsabi kung nasaan sya. hinanap ko rin sya sa mga social media sites pero hindi ko rin po sya makita.

ano pong pwede kong gawin na pwede akong mag file annulment na wala sya? or maaari po ba iyon na mag file ako ng annulment ng hindi nya nalalaman? ano po bang grounds ang pwede kong ibigay? may kinakasama narin po kasi akong iba ngayon at isa narin ito sa mga rason kung bakit gusto ko ng ayusin ung buhay naming mag asawa pareho. may naririnig po akong presumption death, ano po ba ito? pwede po ba ito sa akin?

sana po ay mabigyan nyo ako ng advice.

you can file the annulment even without him, but you have to allege his last known address. search the forum for grounds for annulment
