Good eve po, tanong ko Lang po, pag naaksidente sa loob ng company at sa oras ng trabaho, bkod po sa company po ang mgbabayad ng bill sa hospital sgot din po ng company yung gmot kahit nakalabas na sa hospital, at ano pa pong benefits ang pwede maibigay ng company,

Company aid vary from company to company but usually, company has insurance for employees so they wouldn't need to shell out in cases of accident. If the insurance includes medicines, you can claim for it. What is mandated by law is the SSS and on top of that is the ECC.

Ok. thank you po, sir. tanong ko din po kung legal po ba nabawasan ng agency yung benefits na dapat makukuha ng empleyado, kasi yung sa father ko po nagfile po sya sa sss tpos binigyan po sya ng agency ng pera pero kinaltas naman po sa sweldo nya, kung ganon po ulit yung mangyayari kasi same agency lang po kami, saan po ako pwede magreklamo,

The agency cannot deduct it unless they have made advances in your behalf and you agreed that it will just be paid after claiming your SSS

If they have insured you, yes. But if not, it is their option to give because the mandate in the law is that the company should pay SSS & Philhealth premium for their employee (half from the company and portion from the employee) so that if you get sick, the company will not be oblige to extend help. Also, on top of the SSS premium, the company pays for ECC so that if accident or illness arises from your work, you are given additional benefit.

tanong ko lang po kung pwede ko ireklamo sa labor ang tga gawa ng payroll nmin sa agency, kasi po naaksidente ako sa loob ng company, ang gumastos po yung agency namin, after 1 week po nagreport po ako sa agency at ibinigay ko yung form sa sss, kinsausap po ako ng gumagawa ng payroll namin at pinipilit nya na sinadya ko daw yung aksidente para daw makakuha ako ng pera, kahit na hindi naman totoo at aksidente talaga ang nagyari, pati po yung bill na binayaran sa ospital nireport po ng agency sa company na pinapasukan ko na 53,000 binayaran nila pero ang pinakita skin ng nurse na total bill ko ay 31,000 lng. pinipilit din po ng tiga gawa ng payroll  na pumasok na ko sa trabaho khit ang advice ng doctor saakin ay december 11 pa ako papasok, kasi prang namemersonal na po sya nung nakaraan din po binigay nila yung 13th month ko 6000 lang khit wala po akong absent at ginagawa ko ng maayos ang trabaho ko nalaman ko po sa mga kasamahan ko sa work na ang binigay sakanila na 13th month ay 8,000. khit sila ay may absent at di natatapos ang trabaho, pwede ko po ba  ireklamo mo ng adjust vexetion ang tga gawa ng payroll nmin? or ano po kaya ang pwede ko ifile laban sa tga gawa nmin ng payroll?

You can file complaint first and let the HR give notice to that payroll personnel.For the 13th month you received in lesser amount, demand for the computation and review why you received lesser and request your whole attendance to review absences as deducted.
