Hi Atty!

Our managers, falsify their timecards, they manually entry 10pm as their timeout but when seen tru cctv, the store is already close that time. Scenario is one of the manager already render resignation, technically we can hold his clearance right? what are the proper procedures Smile

Send him a letter that you are holding his clearance for that reason. Tell him that upon your review of CCTV, you discovered such incident. Then send him an NTE (indicate that he has an option to consult a counsel) and ask him to report on a specified date and venue.

That is the legal way right? Thanks!!!!

1. Send a letter that we will be holding his salary, although he hasnt show up pa for clearance

2. Then a NTE to explain his side.
