Arresto Menor
I need advise SIr. Nagtatrabaho ako sa isang aviation company for more than 7years.
May memo po akong natanggap from my manager to explain my habitual absences within 5days... And since pang 3rd time ko na po na magkaroon ng case na ganito sa company iniisip ko po na matererminate ako.
Kaya po naisip ko na magfile nalang ng resignation kaysa antayin ko pa ang hearing ng company para lang materminate and since hindi naman ok ang company namin.
Nung nagpasa ako ng resignation sa manager ko, ang sagot po nya sa akin hindi daw po ako pwede magpasa ng resignation dahil may pending due process daw po ako as per hr namin daw.
Pwede po ba nila gawin yun na i decline ang resignation ko?
Pls help asap. I have 3days before i submit my explaination.

ganon din yun.. ite terminate ka din nila.. and tama may pending case ka..

submit your explanation, then talk to your manager for a graceful exit.. then pag pumayag.. then yun submit ka na resignation..
