AWOL, decided not to pay the bond and wait for the legal action of the company

Question : What if you went AWOL, then the company is asking money for the damages and yes it is in the contract. What is the best way to do?
a) pay for the bond even if the company did not yet file a case in court
b) wait for them to file it in the court before you pay

My other concern is that. . If ever they will file it in the court, and the judge said that you have to pay for the damages, and then you pay for the damages. Does it still reflect in your NBI Clearance?

Its a labor case under what we called "QUASI-JUDICIAL", does not constitute criminal/civil liability. Not necessarily NBI will make interventions. If the court's sheriff nothing to collect then that's it, NOTHING. Its already a debt, our constitutions provide protections debtors, NO ONE SHALL BE PUT TO BARS FOR NON PAYMENT OF DEBT AND POLL TAXES".

Good Day!

I have my concern regarding my work now, this is the scenario. I work as a beauty consultant for 3 contracts already and continous working for the 4th contract but i failed to finish it. I was convince to tranfer to the other company that is why i render my resignation to my company. There are lots of convincing happened to my previous company before they accept my resignation but i was already made my decission that i will transfer. So i was transfered and assigned to different branch/outlet because it's not allowed to work or transfer to other company with in the same branch/outlet. Later, i am planning to transfer again to the branch/outlet where i came from, and i was shock that the store HR told me that it's not possible because i was been accused as AWOL to my previous company. And the worst thing of it is i was been blacklisted to the store, which means im not able to apply to work for any branch/outlet in that store.

My question is, what have i done why they are doing this to me? Before my exit to previous company i have rendered my resignation, they are aware of my resignation. Infact they have given me my last pay or backpay of my work. But why it is like this? Please could someone help me? Please explain to me why this happen,. What will i do?
