Good day.

I need some advice for what is stated at the title.

So sinabi ng HR na pirmahan ko nalang "for good faith" daw. I agreed to have the product training, then after that, may papapirmahan sila.

Here are my questions:

1. Kelan ba dapat ini-issue ung training bond?

3. Since nagresign ako, may kelangan ba akong bayaran sa company since hindi ako pumirma sa bond na late nilang binigay sa akin?

4. May makukuha pa akong pay from them (including reimbursements and pro-rated 13th month pay) since kumpleto na ung clearance and turn-over notes?

Until now, hindi pa din nila binibigay ung last pay (for 1.5 months, which is major factor why I consider filing the resignation). Sana may magbigay advice for this.

Thank you very much.

precisely kaya ka binigyan nang bond to protect the company's investment kasi nga pinadala ka sa abroad for training..

Thanks for the response. Pero wala pong naging discussion about the Bond nung ipapadala nila ako for Training.

4 Travel / Training Bond should be pro-rated? on Sun Mar 15, 2015 5:34 pm

Up-ing this thread. But for me, I signed the travel / training bond before the training.

Training # 1 outside Philippines, May 2014 = 1 year bond
Training # 2 within Philippines, Nov 2014 = 1 year bond

I resigned the company effective March 2015, have already completed my clearance and just this week nag e-mail na sa akin ang HR & Finance about my last pay and it turned our meron ako kailangan bakayaran sa company amounting to Php 103k. Hindi biro ang amount na un, ang tanong ko po is hindi po ba dapat "Pro-rated" na ang amount ng travel/training bond since nakapag serve na rin naman ako for a couple of months after the trainings?

Will appreciate your responses. Thanks!

Not necessarily pro-rated. No law requiring it.

The contract is binding as is. So whatever is indicated should be followed.
