may problema po ako.. nag immediate resignation po ako kasi ilang buwan na po kaming undertime.. simula pa po nung september..yung sinasahod ko po eh kulang na kulang po talaga.. almost 2thousand a month po.. 2 hours or 4 hours lang po yung work..tapos 2days off or minsan may extra off pa.. regular employee po ako pero po di ko na natiis yung ganung klase ng trabaho na daig pa po yung part time job.. nung nakahanap po ako ng opportunity sa iba tinanggap ko po.. ang problema ko po ayaw pirmahan ng manager ko yung resignation letter ko kasi nga immediate.. sapat po ba yung reason ko or not?

imo, you have sufficient grounds for immediate resignation but be sure you can prove your allegations.
