Arresto Menor
Hello. I need legal advice here. I have small business and have been running for almost 5 years. We have contract and i need to pay 5000.00 for the monthly rental. My first 6 months was 4000.00 per month and increased to 5000 for the next 2 succeeding years and added 350 for their helper to clean their establishment. recently they put same business like mine and other tenants here. They started to be arrogant, I am not allowed to store our garbage and need to bring it at home, I am not allowed to put chair for my customers, they stop paying their helper to clean the premises and then we need to clean not only our premises but also the hallway and stair or let say the whole second floor, they intimidate our customers. Do we have rights to question and sue that landlord? They are not only affecting our income but being abusive and arrogant seem not fair on our part.

pls help me, i want to teach them a lesson.
