Need help. Meron syang excessive jealousy or ung othelo syndrome.dalawang bese nanya akong inabduct. Nung pangalawang beses was two months Go. Though sinabi kosa kanya nagawin nya lahat bastawag nya ako sasaktan?? May habol pa ba sya sa maguging baby ko?? Please i need your help. I am now a graduatiing student and will be taking the NLE. Ano kayang kaso atty? At paano ang magiging baby? May rights ba sya?? Thank you.

you can ignore or deny that he is the father. as the mother of the illegitimate child you have sole parental authority and right to custody.

as for rape, yes, you can file a case, but it will depend on the evidence you provide whether it will prosper.
